Author Guideliness

  • The submitted manuscript must be original, research-based, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Each submission must be accompanied by a Turnitin report with a maximum plagiarism tolerance of 25%.
  • The manuscript should include the following sections: Abstract, Introduction, Theoretical Framework and Hypotheses, Methodology, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion.
  • The abstract must be written in either Indonesian or English, consisting of 100 to 200 words, and should clearly describe the purpose, problem, method, and findings of the research.
  • Keywords should consist of three to five words or phrases, separated by commas.
  • The introduction should include the background of the study, research problem, previous studies, and the research gap.
  • All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by the editor, the editorial board, and blind reviewers.
  • Manuscripts may be written in Indonesian or English, with a length of approximately 5,000–7,500 words (including tables and figures) and a maximum of 15 pages.
  • Citations and bibliography must be formatted automatically using a Reference Manager (e.g., Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero) and must follow the American Psychological Association (APA) Style, 6th or 7th Edition.
  • Footnotes may be used for additional explanations or notes.
  • Submissions that do not comply with the article format or plagiarism standards (Turnitin) will be rejected without review.
  • The manuscript must be prepared according to the journal template and author guidelines.
  • The journal accepts electronic submissions only.

Submission Guidelines

  • All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s submission system or designated email.
  • Authors must ensure that the manuscript is prepared according to the JEI template and complies with the Author Guidelines.

  • Turnitin report showing plagiarism does not exceed 20%.
  • Cover letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, confirming originality and exclusive submission.
  • The file name should follow the format: AuthorLastName_ManuscriptTitle.
  • Authors will receive a confirmation of submission once the manuscript is successfully uploaded.
  • Manuscripts not following the submission procedures or formatting requirements will be rejected without review.
